RFI and OTT in OS products

The new version 2.64 of the level 2 OS processor has been implemented last September.

The important changes relative to this new version are the use of RFI count retrieved by the SM post-processor and the definition of new flags. For those who are familiar with the level 2 data, it is aligned with the V6.0 level 2 processor of DPGS.

The OTT use is also modified. Now the OTT files of current calendar month are used to perform the L2OS processing.

So then the L2OS daily products - and then all the following L3OS products - are generated with a 4 days delay regarding the daily L1C input data files.
