Some changes on our FTP

We have implemented some changes on our ftp:

• Brightness temperature products (MIR_CDF3TA & MIR_CDF3TD) are now available in the directory SMOS/GRIDDED/L3 (instead of SM/GRIDDED/L3 and OS/GRIDDED/L3)

• The .DBL files contained in the .tgz archives have been renamed .DBL.nc. The file content has not changed.

• If a new version of a product is generated, the previous version is now automatically removed from the FTP.
