SMOS-IC soil moisture research products available

The SMOS-IC (INRA CESBIO) soil moisture research product is now available.

The SMOS-IC algorithm was designed by INRA  and CESBIO  to perform global retrievals of SM and L-VOD using some simplifications with respect to the Level 2 ESA algorithm.
